AI is changing how we work, communicate, make decisions, and solve problems. Our AI training offerings are designed to help professionals build practical skills, understand responsible AI use, and explore ways to incorporate AI into their everyday work.
Whether you’re just getting started with generative AI, interested in the ethical and leadership implications of AI, or looking for flexible self-paced skills training, there’s an option for you.
AI is moving fast, and it can often feel like you’re already behind. AI Ready is a beginner-friendly, two-part virtual series designed to introduce professionals to generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Copilot.
Through practical examples, demonstrations, and hands-on activities, participants will learn what generative AI is, how to get more useful results from AI tools, and how to incorporate AI into their day-to-day work. The course also introduces responsible AI use, basic guardrails, and strategies for navigating change in the workplace.
Session 1:
Learn what generative AI is, how it works in plain language, and why it matters right now. Through live demos and practical examples, you’ll learn how to get more useful, reliable results from tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot. This session includes an introduction to prompting as a concept, basic guardrails and a framework for responsible use.
Session 2:
Now that you’ve seen what AI can do, how do you incorporate it into your role? Breakout time gives you space to practice, reflect, and brainstorm. This session also covers change management, including why resistance is normal and how to start small without getting overwhelmed. Finally, we’ll explore what’s possible beyond the basics, so you leave with a clear sense of where to go next.
