Designing a Purposeful Next Chapter

Designing a Purposeful Next Chapter

This program is designed for experienced professionals who are ready to stay engaged, apply their skills, and continue making an impact in their next phase of life. Rather than stepping away from meaningful work and contribution, participants explore how to remain active through new career pathways, community engagement, or entrepreneurial opportunities.

Ready to take the next step? This program helps participants take intentional steps to design their next phase and apply their skills and experience in meaningful ways.

Facilitated by the co-founders of The Future of You and guided by the Future in Four™ framework, this structured program supports reflection, exploration, and action as participants shape their next chapter.

What You'll Learn

Through facilitated discussions, reflective exercises, and shared learning with peers, participants will:

• Reflect on how their experience, skills, and interests can shape their next chapter
• Reconsider how work, learning, contribution, and personal life can align in this phase
• Explore new opportunities for engagement, growth, and impact
• Create small, practical experiments to test new directions
• Develop a clear vision for a purposeful and rewarding next chapter
