This advanced course explores the unique experiences, strengths, and challenges of today’s older adults while building best practices for coaching in later life. Participants will deepen their understanding of academic transitions, motivation, executive functioning, and goal setting, and develop practical strategies to help students achieve both educational and personal success.

Participants will deepen their understanding of identity development, intersectionality, resilience, and key life transitions, and develop practical strategies to help LGBTQ+ clients pursue meaningful personal and professional goals.

Certification provides the Coach with the right to use CNM CERTIFIED COACH as a certification credential from our nationally recognized program that demonstrates to the Coaching community a high level of professional experience and commitment to the field. The CNM CERTIFIED COACH credential indicates that our Coaches have met the CNM and CNM Ingenuity certification requirements and mastered the necessary tools and techniques to provide competent and valuable coaching services. The CNM CERTIFIED COACH credential distinguishes a Coach from others in the field and demonstrates achievement to peers and clients.
